Living with chronic pain can fundamentally alter one's perspective on life.  Kevin, a Co-Founder of TRUE NORTH received a diagnosis of degenerative disc disease at just 21 years of age that marked the beginning of a 20 year journey defined by this reality.

Over the years, the impacts of his condition amplified. Sleeplessness, anxiety, and bouts of panic became frequent companions, shedding light on the interconnectedness of physical discomfort and mental well-being. Faced with the challenge of managing these complex symptoms, he soon realised the risks of developing dependencies to pharmaceutical sleeping pills and that long term pain, sleep and stress is best managed with natural solutions.

This sparked an exploration into alternatives, a pursuit of solutions rooted in wellness, and not just relief. The foundation of TRUE NORTH began taking shape.
